Since most of wildlife management in the United States rests with states rather than the federal government,  we'll look at certain aspects of wildlife management here in Nevada, including the structure (Nevada Department of Wildlife/Nevada Board of Wildlife Commissioners), who pays, where is the focus, recent public attitude polling information, and problem areas.

About Don:
Don Molde is a 50-year Reno resident, retired physician and long-time wildlife advocate. He is a long-time member of LAS, former board member of the Nevada Humane Society and Defenders of Wildlife and current board member of the Mountain Lion Foundation. He is also co-founder of Nevada Wildlife Alliance (Facebook: Nevada Wildlife Alliance; website: nvwildlifealliance.org).
